Malaysian Student - Admission Procedures

ENROLLMENT
Students are enrolled three times a year: April, July & October. Special out of sequence requests can be applied for as well.


PERSONALIZED INTERVIEW PROCESS
Admissions at Excel are guided by the Personalized Interview Process (PIP). Students are accepted through a Personalized Interview Process (PIP) where a one-on-one interview is conducted to ascertain the eligibility of the candidate applying for the course or for any scholarship.


Step 1: FILL IN THE APPLICATION FORM

Please click here for ONLINE APPLICATION SUBMISSION. Applicant's name and details must be same as MYKAD.

The following certified copies of your scanned/electronic documents must be submitted together with your online application:

  1. SPM CERTIFICATE OR SPM RESULTS SLIP.
  2. If applicant is waiting for his/her results, please submit the school’s forecast results or trial examination results.
  3. CERTIFICATES, TRANSCRIPTS FROM SCHOOLS, COLLEGES AND UNIVERSITIES ATTENDED.
  4. A PHOTOCOPY OF MYKAD (FRONT AND BACK ON ONE PAGE).
  5. A COPY OF YOUR UPDATED & CURRENT CV (ONLY APPLICABLE FOR EXECUTIVE / POSTGRADUATE EDUCATION).
  6. FOUR (4) COLOUR COPIES OF RECENT PASSPORT SIZES PHOTOGRAPHS.

If you are unable to make an online application, you may submit a paper application by downloading the OFFLINE APPLICATION FORM and mail to us together with your certified paper documents to our Petaling Jaya (PJ) office. However, you still need a computer and the internet in order to track  the progress of your application.

Step 2: MAKE PAYMENT

Upon approval of your Application, please make the following payments.

  1. APPLICATION FEE OF RM250.00 (non refundable).
  2. REGISTRATION FEE OF RM2,000.00  (non refundable).

Fees may be paid in cash, by cards (ATM, Debit & Credit - Visa/Master), crossed cheque, or bankdraft (Payable to EXCEL COLLEGE OF TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT SDN BHD). Cash deposit (CDM) and telegraphic transfer (TT) are to be remitted to the following bank account.

Step 3: LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE AND RECEIPT

Upon receiving the Application Form together with all the above documents and payment, EXCEL INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE will issue a Letter of Offer and the receipt of payment. Please collect the letter and the receipt from our Petaling Jaya (PJ) office.
