A photograph 3.5cm x 5cm with blue background.
All the pages of the International Passport including the blank pages. Passport must have at 2 years validity.
Academic transcript and documents together with your school certificates eg. 'D' level or "A" level certficates.
If you do not have scanned/electronic documents to attach, alternatively, you can download the OFFLINE APPLICATION FORM and mail it to us with your certified paper documents to our Petaling Jaya (PJ) office. However, you still need a computer and the internet in order to track the progress of your application.

STEP 2: MAKE PAYMENT
Upon approval of your Application, please submit the following documents and payment :
6 passport-sized photographs with blue background (3.5cm * 5cm).
2 sets of passport copies (all pages including blank pages, in colour). Passport must have at least two (2) years validity.
3 certified copies of original results and academic certificates (English translated copy, if it in other languages).
Health examination report to be conducted at the prescribed panel of Doctors as listed in the Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) website.
No Objection Certificate / Letter of Eligibility (only applicable to Sub-Saharan countries).
Release letter, results and attendance report (for transfer students currently studying in Malaysia).
Registration Fee of RM1,500.
Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) fees of RM2,000.00 + 3% GST.

STEP 3: LETTER OF ACCEPTANCE
Letter of Acceptance and payment receipt will be issued within 7 working days, once EXCEL INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE receives student's application form together with certified documents and payment.
STEP 4 VISA APPLICATION
EXCEL INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE will submit student’s visa application to Education Malaysia Global Services (EMGS) to process Visa Approval Letter (VAL).
The VAL process takes 6-8 weeks (based on processing time taken by EMGS).
EXCEL INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE will inform student on visa approval.
ONCE VISA APPROVAL LETTER (VAL) IS APPROVED
Student to pay for the 1st year tuition fee in advance.
Upon payment received (1st year tution fee), college to send the original letter for Visa endorsement in your home country by courier and a scanned copy by email.
Student is required to apply for a single entry visa from the MALAYSIAN EMBASSY / MALAYSIAN HIGH COMMISSION in their respective country.
Student MUST inform EXCEL INTERNATIONAL COLLEGE of their arrival details and accommodation (if required) (AT LEAST 4 WEEKS before arrival date).
UPON ARRIVAL
College to send representative to clear student at Immigration Counter in Airport.
Student will pay college representative RM250.00 for Immigration / Airport Clearance Fees before exiting the Airport.
College representative will assist if require to arrange for transportation which will be paid by student.
Student MUST go for a medical examination at EMGS approved panel clinics within 7 days upon arrival in Malaysia.
