Thank you for your interest in applying for admission into the Entrepreneurial MBA 
programme from Australia.  

I would be grateful if you can kindly courier /email the following urgently:


 1. duly completed & signed Entrepreneurial/Tourism MBA Application Form with 2 passport
photographs


 2. a copy of your SPM certificate (showing Credit grade in English Language) OR any Higher
Education Programme(Cert,Diploma or Degree)that you have studied & completed it in English. 


 3. Certified True Copy of Degree & Academic Transcript OR Letter from your Company confirming
that you have at least 3 years of Managerial experience 


 4. Organisation Chart to indicate your position in the Company to be signed by your HR Manager
 or any Manager with his/her name & position at the bottom of the Organisation Chart
 (This is NOT required if you have an undergraduate Degree Qualification) 


 5. Latest updated CV/Resume 6. Application fee of RM650.00 drawn in favour of Excel
College of Trg & Dev. S/B (or to be paid into CIMB Account #:1225 000 223 7058)


 7. Asia Pacific Development Foundation,Australia(APDF)Scholarship Form duly completed
& signed

The approved fees by the Ministry of Higher Education is RM35,950.00.  However,
the total fees after deducting the APDF, Australia Scholarship (RM5,960)& the Graduation
fees in Australia (RM5,000.00) will be RM24,990.00
